Greetings

I have been looking for jobs in the pharmaceutical area.
As a biologist the knowlege of how to script, notions of bioinformatics:of R, of Python, C++... are required in those type of jobs (at least is what I have seen in job offers) and the more you know about them, the better.

I am not interested in doing masters/PhD, here in my city the offers are not really usefull...

So, some job offers talk about what specific skills are needed.

Would it be a good choice study those edX courses?(https://www.edx.org/course/subject/computer-science)

I know some of the edX courses could be pointed as useless because some of them are pretty generals. Is it the same case for those courses?

Thanks, Hector.
