My current project ends in this week and my manager thinks that i will lead the project support work for the next 6 months after the project rams down. the support project would be only consisting of two members from offshore. And the client i am dealing isn't a healthy customer, always demanding even at 1 am at night (their morning) and would require 1 person to work the task of 10 persons.
My current team leads have created that expectancy. Plus i am not interested to be packed up with calls the whole day. Please suggest how can i simply explain to my management that i am not interested in doing the lead job.
