ცირე ლიტვა (ლიტვ. Mažoji Lietuva, გერმ.: Kleinlitauen) ან ”პრუსიული ლიტვა” — თავდაპირველად ლიტვის, შემდეგ პრუსიის, მოგვიანებით აღმოსავლეთ პრუსიის (გერმანიის შემადგენლობაში), დღესდღეობით კი ისევ ლიტვის (ნაწილობრივ) ისტორიულ-ეთნოგრაფიული რეგიონი, სადაც პრუსიელი (გაგერმანელებული) ლიტველები ცხოვრობდნენ. მიუხედავად მძლავრი გერმანულ-პრუსიული გავლენისა, ამ ტერიტორიებმა, მკვიდრი მოსახლეობის ლიტვურენოვნობის გამო, მცირე ლიტვის სახელი მიიღო.


გარდა კლაიპედის რაიონისა, რომელიც 1920 წელს ერთა ლიგის მანდატს გადაეცა ვერსალის მოლაპარაკების თანახმად, ხოლო ლიტვამ 1923 წელს დაიბრუნა, 1945 წლამდე პრუსიის ნაწილი იყო. დღესდღეობით მცირე ლიტვის უმცირესი ნაწილი ლიტვა-პოლონეთის საზღვრებშია მოქცეული, უმეტესი ნაწილი რუსეთის ფედერაციის კალინინგრადის ოლქის შემადგენლობაშია.
