I want to know if there is definition of the "ass door" because no one dictionary provides it. My friend says that "ass door" here is just a hole in the wall (compared to ass hole) I think that "ass door" is the door which is wide opened (similar to butt door) Which statement is true?

It's not a normal ass-door.
It's a normal-ass door.
There's no humor here other than that it is funny the existence of a regular door but incongruously found on an elevator which usually has its special sliding door.
As to the linguistic phenomenon,
a ADJ-ass NOUN
is an ADJ NOUN, just... special.
The phrasing is characteristic of AAVE. It has nothing whatsoever to do with the gastrointestinal tract and its exit orifice, or the surrounding gluteal muscles. It's simply a marker of informality.

"The phrasing is characteristic of AAVE." Perhaps, but it's by no means exclusive to AAVE. This answer is also missing that -ass is an intensifier. A normal-ass door is an especially normal door, more normal than just a normal door. In this case the speaker is calling out how bizarre it is to see a regular room door used for an elevator.

In American slang, the word "ass" is sometimes used like any other swear/cuss word to emphasise something, or as a kind of modifying suffix.

I don't claim to know the origin of this usage, but I would guess that words like "badass" have led to it being used as a suffix of sorts with words like "lame-ass".

@tchrist I'd say it's more like a normal ass superlative than a normal superlative.

I don't get it. You get the joke, but you don't understand it?

I want to know if there is definition of the "ass door" because no one dictionary provides it. My friend says that "ass door" here is just a hole in the wall (compared to ass hole) I think that "ass door" is the door which is wide opened (similar to butt door) Which statement is true?

Ass door is not a syntactic constituent here. That's why cannot look it up.

On the other hand, maybe it is a door that can be opened with a butt cheek when yall got your hands full...;-)
