I'm getting this error having pulled the current version of our source when trying to push it into a scratch org:
The component is being referenced by Action Override : 04uf00000009P95
from:
$ sfdx force:source:push -f
PROJECT PATH ERROR
──────────── ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
N/A The component is being referenced by Action Override : 04uf00000009P95.
ERROR running force:source:push: Push failed.
Is there a way to use e.g. 04uf00000009P95 to find the source of the problem in the org e.g. enter the Id in a URL or query using the Id and then manually modify?
PS +1 to Daniel Balinger's Obscure Salesforce object key prefixes that lists 04u as ActionOverride; such prefixes are not included in many other lists. Unfortunately ActionOverride isn't exposed in SOQL and we have 28 of them and editing a couple doesn't produce a URL containing a04u Id.

To figure out the type of an arbitrary Id, you can also useId testId = '04uf00000009P95'; system.debug(testId.getSObjectType());

Found the problem by looking back through recent Git pull requests and found one called:
Removed Lightning Component that is no longer used
and knowing the component I could then go to Setup UI and switch the "Lightning Experience Override" from that component to "Use the Salesforce Classic override". The SFDX push then worked.
Never saw the Id 04uf00000009P95 anywhere in this. If you know of a better way to track a problem like this down do post an answer.
