I am totally new to entrepreneurship, so please excuse any dumb thing i may ask.
I have a software product idea that may solve some problems in my local community and i want to pitch this idea to them. I am confused whether or not i should have a registered company or LLC before i pitch the idea?
Also having a company is a good idea for hiring offshore development team or not?
