I work in one of these /open office/ plans (which now I dread) and there is a bunch of guys around who make really offensive jokes. I'm not all PC but these guys realy cross the line. I want to bring this issue up but would like to have some evidence. For this I plan to set up a mic. at my desk and record what happens.

Question, by doing this, can I get in trouble for the actual recording? As in, "no recording is allowed in the facilities" which AFAIK is no explicitly forbidden here.
