While women often have the same exercise goals as men (increased strength, strength, and performance), some may fear that the use of creatine can make them appear bulky or bulky. However, creatine can be useful in reaching the goals of exercise for women as much as it is beneficial for men.
Vegetarians and vegetarians who supplement creatine may see greater impact on energy and performance levels, as many animal creatine sources are animal dependent
Women have a lower bone mass than men and are more likely to develop osteoporosis (which makes bones brittle and weaker) as they age. One study even showed that creatine supplements could slow bone loss in women.
