Guy Stuart Ritchie (Hatfield, 10 de setembro de 1968) é um cineasta inglês.
Ganhou notoriedade quando dirigiu (e escreveu), em 1998, Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, e, em 2000, Snatch, que conta com Brad Pitt e Benício Del Toro no elenco.
Em 2000 se casou com a cantora Madonna, com quem teve dois filhos, Rocco e David . O casal anunciou o divórcio no ano de 2008.
