I learned to write proper formatted business letter, and encounter problem.
I read an article about this. Link below:
https://www.wikihow.com/Write-a-Business-Letter
I know that I need to write sender’s institution, address of sender’s institution, recipient’s institution and address of recipient’s institution.
If sender’s institution and recipient’s institution are the same. Should I write the same institution twice, or how can I write a proper formatted business letter in this situation?

So are you sending a letter to your same company?

Why are you sending a business letter to someone else at the same company? Sending a letter in the first place is becoming more and more uncommon, sending one to a recipient at the same company would be weird. You'd normally just send an email. Maybe a written memo if your organization still has literal pieces of paper moving via interoffice mail.

I have never sent any formal business letter, since I am a student, and I am learning it.
