What I am looking for is a generalization just to get some ideas of what might be expected. It might help if you point out the job title or field you were in.
Did you have set hours? Did you come in to work in the morning, sit down at the computer, and code for eight hours? Did you code five days a week? Did you have regular meetings? Did you have regular lunch breaks?
So, if you have experience in the world of the programming workplace, will you please give an example of any weekly or daily schedule, based on your experience.

Although I'd be interested to see how other peoples work weeks look like compared to mine the answers would be as unique as the people who write them. You can't compare these things to set an expectation, if that is what you are aiming for..? Maybe try to rephrase the question to also include a goal that can be addressed that would be helpful to others as well to avoid having this interesting topic not being closed.
