Devīze jeb moto (no itāļu: motto — 'vārds', 'teikums') ir frāze, kas formāli apraksta sabiedrības grupas vai organizācijas vispārīgo motivāciju vai mērķus. Devīze var būt jebkurā valodā, lai gan latīņu un mazākā mērā franču valoda tiek lietota neproporcionāli biežāk, jo tās ievērojamu laiku ir bijušas starptautiskas valodas. Valstu devīzēs parasti tiek izmantota vietējā valoda.


Heraldikā devīzes parasti izmanto kā parakstu zem vairoga, lai arī skotu heraldikā tās atrodams virs kroņa.
