A new coworker joins the company recently. His behavior is the worst.
He thinks I am flirting with me.
I only teach him basic things no flirting at all like how I normally teach a newcomer.
He said to me with a serious face
"I know we just met. I don't want to break your heart. but I already have a girlfriend"
I was like 'what the hell wrong with you'
I stopped talking to him and go work outside the company's room at the public shared space.
he followed me to harass me
'why I don't I have a boyfriend? You are not that bad. if i don't have a girlfriend. i would be your boyfriend'
I warned him if he doesn't stop I will punch him.
so he stopped for an hour.
then still harass me with this
'I have a girlfriend. but if I broke up with her. I will be yours'
I am sorry. you are not that good looking! nothing wrong with a fat man (he likes over 100 kg) but if you are narcissist that really problem to me
I endured for a week. My patience is lower every day.
He also loves to brag about the university that he graduated from, even nobody asks him. He also comes to work late and left very early. no work is done at all.
I want to report him so bad! should I?
