Bananalas (portug. Ilha do Bananal) – didžiausia pasaulyje upinė sala, esanti centrinėje Brazilijoje, Tokantinso valstijoje, Aragvajos upėje. Plotas 19 162 km². Ilgis 350 km, plotis 55 km. Sala susidariusi labai plokščioje vietoje, Aragvajos upės išsišakojime. Vyrauja ekvatorinės Amazonijos džiunglės, pelkynai.


Šiaurinė salos dalis įeina į Aragvajos nacionalinį parką, pietinė saugoma kaip indėnų rezervatas. Pagrindinės gentys: žavaesai, karažai, ava kanoeirai, tušai.


Bananalą 1773 m. atrado Žozė Pintas Fonseka.
