I have submitted my NSR IT Pin to an organisation ,but I am not willing to join that company. As I am a fresher I don't know how about the nsr. I have heard that company gives the feedback on the nsr (IT pin) linked account about the employee.
I have not received the joining letter till yet.
But right now I am not willing to join this organisation.
I am little worried about the submitted nsr IT pin.
Will it be affecting my career if I not join?
If yes, how?
