My review refers to the title only. In the 16th century, there was no such thing as Palestine or Transjordan.Back then it was called Israel. Palestine and Transjordan were invented in the 20th century in what was earlier known as Israel by the British empire. In in 1922 Israel was divided into Palestine and the area east of the Jordan river was renamed to Transjordan. Transjordan two years earlier had been part of Palestine but became the two state solution where Arabs got 77 % of Israel and Jews got the rest, current Israel including Gaza, the Golan and Judea and Samaria. Transjordan then was renamed to Jordan later on in the 20th century.
