Gwlff sy'n rhan o Fôr Iwerydd ar arfordir gorllewinol Affrica yw Gwlff Gini.[1] Ystyrir bod Bae Benin yn y gogledd-orllewin a Gwlff Bonny yn y gogledd-ddwyrain yn ffurfio rhannau ohono.


Mae'r gwlff yn cynnwys nifer o ynysoedd o darddiad folcanig. Y prif ynysoedd yw Bioko, Príncipe, São Tomé, Annobon a Corisco. Y prif afonydd sy'n aberu yn y gwlff yw afon Niger, afon Volta ac afon Sanaga. Mae'r Gwlff o bwysigrwydd economaidd mawr oherwydd fod olew i'w gael yma.
