Does it matter in terms for unemployment? After I r'cd my proposed separation notice the company met with me and offered to give me a release agreement which included a few extra months pay and a good letter of reference. I declined and attempted to negotiate more. The company then said the action was now final and I could appeal but they may continue to negotiate with the attorney to have a mutual agreement.
What is the difference between the disciplinary and non-disciplinary from a HR Perspective?
human-resources resignation termination leave discipline

Please add a country tag. Since you can only add 5, I recommend removing "leave" since that talks about time off.

What do you mean by "from a HR perspective"? You mean in terms of paperwork they have to fill out?
