I have come to know of certain comdcut by individuals in my orginazation that were it public knowledge it could have significant reputational and fiduciary consequences for the orginazation? Should I just keep quiet and leave or do I have a moral obligation to do that which is right, even at great personal cost?

This is an international site. People's views on morals are going to vary wildly. At the end of the day you are the person who has to live with your moral decisions. There is also a lot to be said on what you are privy to. If you could take down the worlds largest child sex slave ring then I hope maybe you risk it. If you just know about some bureaucratic regulations going unfulfilled then maybe you are being vindictive? There's a lot of detail left out of the poll.
