Currently, in the organization(lets call it X) working for a large Enterprise and looking to do career move in direction where is not anymore a job but passion.
The problem is the current role is not challenging me enough, and another organization, lets call it Y(same Enterprise) with who work on large and critical projects contacted me to work with them because the role they try to fill can't be found in the market(I informed them 6 months ago that my management won't approve to leave current position before I'm in current role for 12 months).
My current management approved my career growth plan, performance too and decided has been decided increase in pay (is the direction offered by the organization Y) and in order for me to move without T2 approval I need 4 more months. I already discussed once that I need to be challenged and has been added additional responsibilities and projects but still not challenging to me ... and my management informed me that can't let me go because will need to hire find more persons in order to replace the work I do ...
Organization Y already know me good, has my resume and willing to discuss with my management. Organization Y brought me back after resigned to go continue my Grad school ...
My question is: How should I deal with this situation? I want careeer grow and not just call it "job".

If your current management won't approve your transfer, it sounds like you'll either need to wait 4 months, or leave this company and find another. You get to decide in a job in Y is worth a few months, or if you can't be that patient.
