ኦቶ ቮን ቢስማርክ


ኦቶ ቮን ቢስማርክ (1815 እ.ኤ.አ. – 1898 እ.ኤ.አ.) በ19ኛው ክፍለ ዘመን በአውሮጳ ውስጥ ገናና ስም ያገኘ የፕሩሺያ (በአሁኑ የሰሜናዊ ጀርመን) ስልታዊ መሪ ነበር። ከ1862 - 1890 እ.ኤ.ኣ. የፕሩሺያ ጠቅላይ ሚንስትር የነበረው ቢስማርክ ተሰበጣጥረው ለየብቻቸው ግዛት የነበራቸውን የጀርመን ግዛቶች አንድ በማድረግ የጀርመን መንግሥትን በ1871 እ.ኤ.አ. መስርቷል። ስለዚህም የአዲሱ የጀርመን መንግሥት የመጀመሪያው ቻንስለር ለመሆን በቃ።


ቢስማርክ እጅግ ወግ አጥባቂና ከነገስታቶች ጋር ጥብቅ ግንኙነት የነበረው ሰው ነበር። በዚህ ምክንያት የዲሞክራሲ ስርዓትን አይደግፍም ነበር። የቢስማርክ ዋና ዓልማ ፕሩሺያን ማጠናከር ስለነበር ይህን እቅዱን ለማስፈጸም ሲል ነብር ጀርመንን ያዋሃደ። በዘመኑ የሶሺያሊዝምን ስርዓት በጀርመን እገር እንዳይስፋፋና የካቶሊክ ቤ/ክርስቲያን ሃይል እንዲቀንስ አድርጓል። ሶሺያሊዝምን ለመዋጋት አንዱ መንገድ ሰራተኛውን መደብ ማስደሰት ነበር። ይህንንም በተግባር የፈጸመው ሲሆን በዚህ ሰው ምክንያት ብዙ የማህበረሰብ ደጋፊ ተቋማትን ለምሳሌ የማህበርሰብ ጤንነትና የአደጋ ኢንሹራንስ እንዲሁም ጡረታን በጀርመን አገር ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ አስተዋውቋል።
